Summary:
The Assistant Technician service crew must be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures and be able to implement these effectively. The Assistant Technician is responsible for assisting in the performance of all arcade maintenance and minor repairs. The Assistant Technician must maintain positive customer and crew relations.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of the Technician, and/or Technical Manager.
  • Maintains facilities that are clean, safe, and in good repair.
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance and repairs on arcade games and equipment.
  • Provide routine maintenance support
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing about daily occurrences that arise.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and basic repairs of corporate machinery.
  • Create and maintain a fun, customer-focused environment where all guests leave happy.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager
  • Assist in coaching, training, and continually developing all Arcade Attendants.
  • Complete all shift paperwork and/or reporting requirements.
