Human Resources Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin)|Atlanta|Full-time / Contract This role is ideal for candidates with 36 years of HR experience, especially those with HRBP, HR Assistant, Coordinator, or Generalist backgrounds. This position is onsite in Atlanta. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management. Provide daily administrative support to the HR department. HR Translate MandarinEnglish documents and multimedia content. Support HR initiatives, workforce management, and employee relations tasks. Requirements 36 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English. Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
