Position Summary

The Executive Housekeeper/Home Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and day-to-day upkeep of high-net-worth clients' homes, while also providing light personal assistance and support with errands, food prep, and household organization. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, with housekeeping as the primary focus, supported by a smaller set of concierge-style duties such as accepting deliveries and helping keep vendor visits on schedule.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining an immaculate home, is dependable and self-directed, and understands that working in a private residence for discerning clients requires professionalism, discretion, and consistently excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Household Upkeep (Primary Focus)

  • Perform thorough cleaning of all living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
  • Maintain floors, surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to a consistently high standard
  • Manage laundry, linen changes, ironing, and clothing care
  • Maintain organization of closets, storage areas, and household systems
  • Restock and organize household and cleaning supplies


Errands & Personal Assistance

  • Run errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup/drop-off, and returns
  • Complete other household-related tasks as requested by the client


Food Prep & Kitchen Support

  • Assist with light meal preparation and kitchen upkeep
  • Maintain kitchen organization, including pantry and refrigerator upkeep


Household Organization

  • Maintain organized systems for household items, supplies, and routines
  • Help keep the home "guest ready" and consistently presentable


Light Concierge Support

  • Accept, organize, and log deliveries and packages
  • Help track and confirm scheduled vendor or maintenance visits
  • Communicate with the homeowner on schedules, preferences, and household updates
