  • Assist users with navigating online payment tools, reporting features, bulk payment uploads, and other platform capabilities.
  • Diagnose client issues, gather detailed information, and identify effective solutions or escalation paths.
  • Educate customers on available services, product enhancements, and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Process online payments and accurately document client interactions within internal systems.
  • Partner with Operations and technical teams to investigate and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Track and report recurring issues, system challenges, and client feedback to help improve processes and user experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of banking products, payment services, and digital platform functionality.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
  • Exposure to banking, payment processing, financial services, or technology support environments is a plus.
  • A customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Gain exposure to banking operations and digital payment technologies.
  • Develop client relationship and problem-solving skills that translate into future career growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Build expertise supporting a specialized payment platform utilized by property management companies and homeowners nationwide.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational success.
