Role Overview/Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Communication

  • Manage database with customer service & milestones 

  • Coordinate clients meetings

  • Provide sellers with 

    • weekly listing updates and showing feedback.

    • Fulfill client valuation requests 

    • Coordinate and execute listing launches across all platforms.

    • Virtually stage listing photos.

    • Coordinate sign and lock box installation for new listings.

  • Provide buyers with weekly market updates and real estate trends.

    • Schedule property inspections and vendor quotes.

    • Set up property searches.

Business Operational 

  • Manage operational systems such as:

    • Google suite- calendars, emails, SOP

  • Attend meetings

  • Prepare and submit monthly email campaigns.

  • Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly social media campaigns for multiple accounts.

  • Spearhead new campaigns to generate leads.

  • Prepare and process real estate contracts including: Listing Agreements, Buyer Representation Agreements, Offers, Addendums, Disclosures, and Cancellations.

    • Track submit required documents to the Transaction Coordinator.

    • Ensure broker compliance across all transactions.

CEO Direct Support

  • Weekly debrief on new off market listings.

  • Assist with bookkeeping and mileage tracking.

  • Prepare monthly P&Ls for review.

  • Prepare weekly property pitches for investors.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous Real Estate experience/knowledge.

  • Social media, technology and AI experience.

  • Proficient in G-Suite.

  • Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, and Google ads.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Austin and Highland Lakes Multiple Listing Services

  • Proficient in KW Command

  • Proficient in Claude Cowork

  • Transaction Coordination Experience

  • Texas Real Estate License 

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Fello, ect)
