Aesthetic Injector (RN / NP / PA) 
Minimum 2 Years of Aesthetic Injectables Experience Required

Aura Health & Spa is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused RN, NP, or PA to join our growing, physician-led medical aesthetics practice in Plymouth, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where clinical excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient care are our highest priorities.
The ideal candidate is an experienced injector who is confident performing consultations, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and delivering natural, results-driven outcomes while building long-term patient relationships.
Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive consultations and create customized treatment plans.
  • Safely administer aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lasers, skin tightening, hair restoration, and other services offered by the practice.
  • Educate patients on treatments, skincare, maintenance plans, memberships, financing options, and retail products.
  • Maintain accurate same-day EMR documentation and patient photography.
  • Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and clinical supplies.
  • Meet retail goals through appropriate medical-grade skincare recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings, practice marketing, and social media content.
  • Attend at least 1-2 seminars and continued education yearly.
  • Collaborate with leadership and contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture.
Qualifications

  • Current Michigan RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injectable experience (required).
  • Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
  • Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic medicine.
  • Experience with EMR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
  • Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to continue learning.
  • Experience with lasers, RF microneedling, body contouring, IV therapy, GLP1/Hormone programs, or hair restoration is a plus.
