Job description

New Look New Life is a premier, patient-focused hair restoration practice dedicated to delivering top-tier aesthetic results. We utilize state-of-the-art technologies and the most advanced surgical techniques to restore confidence to our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled, meticulous Hair Restoration Technician to join our world-class clinical staff.


This is a PER-DIEM position, with potential to flip into full time as the clinic grows. As a Hair Restoration Technician, you will work closely with our lead physician during all phases of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) procedures. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional manual dexterity, superior hand-eye coordination, extreme patience, and high-level proficiency in microscopic graft dissection, sorting, and placement.
Clinical Setup & Sterilization: Prepare the surgical suite, sterilize specialized instruments, and maintain a strict aseptic environment before, during, and after procedures.
Graft Dissection & Sorting: Utilize high-powered stereomicroscopes to meticulously dissect, count, and sort follicular unit grafts according to hair count and quality.
Graft Extraction & Placement: Assist the physician during FUE harvesting and accurately place delicate follicular units into recipient sites with optimal depth, angle, and orientation.
Patient Care: Assist with patient preparation, local anesthesia administration prep, post-operative cleaning, and detailed instructions for at-home recovery.
Documentation & Inventory: Accurately record graft counts, tissue logs, and patient charts while managing clinical inventory of surgical consumables.


**Minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a hair transplant technician (FUE/FUT). Proven experience with microscopic dissection and precise graft placement.
