We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with a background in digital media, publication design, and user-centered web experiences to support a Government Intelligence Community client. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, clean design, and accessible, high-impact communications-and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment-this opportunity is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
  • Coordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience
  • Create designs for web pages, mobile apps, newsletters, infographics, ads, banners, illustrations, and logos
  • Manage design concepts from ideation to final product using HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
  • Provide customer support using request management tools for communication products
  • Ensure compliance with production standards, copyright laws, accessibility requirements, and public release clearances
  • Conduct technical quality reviews on all visual and multimedia products
  • Deliver cartography support and design thematic/reference maps
  • Mentor and train junior staff as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience OR 9+ years without a degree
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience leading the development of multimedia, cartographic, and graphic content
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite tools
  • Skilled in front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS
  • Experience in publication design and data visualization
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and compliance standards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community or government environment
  • Familiarity with accessibility and public release compliance standards
  • Prior mentorship or leadership in a multimedia or communications team
