Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and managing integrated organic and paid media campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels including search engines, social media platforms and web. This role combines strategic campaign planning with hands-on content creation and cross-channel execution. The ideal candidate will develop compelling campaign content that aligns with market and business priorities; collaborate closely with Graphic Design, Digital Marketing and internal stakeholders to develop campaign visuals and measure campaign success; manage campaign refreshes to maintain relevance; and drive consistent brand voice across all marketing touchpoints. This position requires staying current with campaign best practices, AI search trends and integrating digital strategies with the overall marketing plan to drive measurable results.

  • Develop integrated organic and paid campaign strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Lead campaign creation and management, including the development of ad copy, messaging frameworks and campaign themes that align with business development objectives and market sector priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to develop campaign visuals, ensuring creative assets align with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Manage campaign refreshes and optimization cycles to keep content current, maintain engagement and improve performance across all channels.
  • Coordinate cross-channel campaign launches, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across search, social media, email, display and other digital touchpoints.
  • Align campaign content and strategy with market trends, competitive landscape and business priorities through regular consultation with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics and other marketing tools to meet ROI objectives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing best practices, platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging trends in paid and organic campaign management.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign content, ad creative, landing pages and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance.
Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, advertising or related field.

Experience

7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with demonstrated expertise in multi-channel campaign creation and management. AEC or professional services industry experience is a plus. Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic and paid campaigns across search engines and social media platforms. Experience collaborating with creative teams (graphic designers, video producers, etc.) to develop compelling campaign visuals. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva are preferred. Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and campaign management tools is a plus.

  • Expert knowledge of paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Advanced campaign content creation skills including copywriting, messaging development and storytelling for digital marketing.
  • Strong creative collaboration abilities to work effectively with Graphic Design teams, providing clear creative direction and feedback.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy and how to create cohesive campaigns across search, social, display and other digital channels.
  • Experience managing campaign refreshes and optimization cycles to maintain relevance and performance.
  • Strong brand management skills with ability to drive consistent brand voice across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how organic and paid campaigns work together.
  • Knowledge of campaign best practices including audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies and content optimization.
  • Excellent project management capabilities to coordinate multiple concurrent campaigns across various platforms and stakeholders.
