Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as an Irrigation Technician on our golf course maintenance team. The primary responsibilities of this role include installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing all components of the irrigation system. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the game of golf and the water requirements for different turf grass species.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair is required.
- Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices and water management for turf grass species is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
- Flexibility to perform general golf course maintenance tasks as required.
- Familiarity with irrigation computer systems and satellite boxes is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Install, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair all components of the irrigation system.
