Entry-Level Shop Welder Join Glass Flooring Systems

Glass Flooring Systems is a leader in designing and manufacturing premium walkable skylights and glass floor systems. Our products are shipped nationwide, and our team takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a motivated Entry-Level Shop Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working in our shop to fabricate aluminum and steel components for our glass flooring systems. No prior welding experience required well train the right person whos ready to learn.
What Youll Do:

  • Assist in welding and fabrication of aluminum and steel frames.
  • Use basic shop tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Work with our experienced fabricators to learn the trade.
What Were Looking For:

  • Eagerness to learn welding and fabrication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude (experience with hand tools a plus).
