ABOUT THE ROLE

The Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the front-of-house restaurant operations. This role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, team management, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director, this individual will lead a team of passionate professionals in delivering outstanding service and driving business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and lead front-of-house staff during shifts.
  • Develop and manage employee work schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Assist with payroll tasks, including reviewing and editing timecards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant management role.

  • Ability to work extended shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing tasks for 10+ hour shifts.
