What You'll Do:
  • Operate wellhead and surface equipment in adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor and surveil wells and equipment continuously, identifying opportunities for corrective and optimization actions.
  • Participate actively in daily toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, functioning as an Equipment Care Technician to support equipment integrity.
  • Record detailed operational data, ensuring accurate documentation for shift transitions and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring repairs follow corrective, predictive, and preventive plans.
  • Collect samples for laboratory analysis and conduct field tests to monitor well conditions.
