Job description

SERVPRO of Bountiful is hiring a dependable, experienced Crew Chief to lead mitigation crews and deliver outstanding service to customers during property-loss events.
This is a full-time, customer-facing leadership role for someone who can keep a crew moving, uphold quality and safety standards, and help customers through difficult situations.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead a small team of mitigation technicians and keep the crew organized, productive, and on task.
  • Manage day-to-day mitigation work at customer job sites.
  • Assist with water, fire, smoke, and odor mitigation services as assigned.
  • Set up, monitor, and remove drying and air-quality equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites and company equipment.
  • Document job progress, equipment, photos, and required job information.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, project managers, and the SERVPRO team.
  • Maintain quality standards, safety procedures, and strong customer satisfaction throughout each job.
  • Train, coach, and support technicians as needed.

  • Previous mitigation, restoration, or crew-lead experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead a small team efficiently and keep work moving.
  • Strong communication skills with customers, insurance adjusters, project managers, and technicians.

  • Reliable attendance, dependable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time W-2 employee position
  • Approximately 35–40 hours per week
  • Typical schedule is Monday through Friday
  • Must be available for after-hours and weekend work when needed
  • Additional compensation incentives are available for qualifying after-hours and weekend work
  • Pay is based on experience
  • The first 90 days are an introductory period, with reviews at approximately 30 and 90 days
