Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize financial systems and reporting processes in a fully remote environment. This role bridges finance and technology by ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and administer financial systems, including ERP and reporting platforms

Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance

Maintain system configurations, workflows, and user access controls

Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to improve system performance

Assist with system upgrades, testing, and documentation

Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

2+ years of experience in financial systems, financial analysis, or related roles

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Workday)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
