Job Description
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business performance across product categories, funnels, and geographies, while building and maintaining financial reports and statements in compliance with US GAAP. This role supports audits, prepares insightful leadership reporting, enhances reporting efficiency through process improvements and automation, and contributes to budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, strengthen internal controls including SOX compliance, and help drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth beauty and wellness environment, with the potential for long-term career growth and conversion to a full-time role.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Work Environment

After training, the schedule transitions to 4 days in the office and 1 work-from-home day on Wednesdays, providing a balance of in-person teamwork and remote flexibility. Typical working hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The environment emphasizes collaboration, learning, and innovation, with exposure to modern financial tools and systems that support reporting, analytics, and process automation. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
