Job description

Signature Healthcare Services is seeking the most distinctive candidate to assume the position of Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor. Through this position, you will acquire access to all areas of our behavioral healthcare operations and gain an understanding of how we drive value for the company.

Responsibilities for this position:

  • Create financial forecasts for new and existing business
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Analyze capital financing strategies
  • Audit activities in our hospitals to include:
    • Wage and hour guideline compliance
    • Revenue cycle integrity
    • Accounting, payroll & payables policy compliance
  • Assist strategic planning with market and industry data research
  • Special projects, as assigned. The ability to multi-task and flex when priorities change
  • Healthcare experience is a plus

We are looking for a candidate with strong written and oral skills and the ability to present complex information with simplicity. They will apply their knowledge of the healthcare industry trends and drivers to aid in accomplishing effective business strategies and developing cost containment approaches.

The Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor position will work in-house at our Corporate Office in Corona, California with 25 – 50% travel required.
