• We support our business! Regional Managers oversee 3 stores (not 7‑8) and work out of the restaurants daily. These same regional managers cover PTO so there are no problems taking time off when you want to do so.

• Overseeing all HR duties including the hiring, training and coaching of all hourly employees.

• 2+years high‑volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience with a strong track record of progressive career growth (within one company a plus).
• High‑energy, works with a sense urgency.
• Polished and professional presentation and approach.
• Strong leadership traits with the ability to drive performance results through motivating and coaching others.
• Detail oriented with high standards in service and organization and operations.
• Guest focused and hospitable, you truly enjoy taking care of others.
• Proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc...).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, 45 hours a week, 2 consecutive days off.

• Employees are eligible for 90% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 full days of employment.

• Starting Salary Range: $80,500 – $82,500 per year, based on location & experience.
• Salary Range: $80,500 - $89,500 per year, based on location & experience.

• In addition to the base salary, hired applicants may be eligible for quarterly and annual discretionary bonuses based on store performance.
