Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Extensive copying and scanning
  • Buzzing visitors in front door, greeting guests as they enter the office
  • Refilling snacks and kitchen supplies from the supply closet
  • Sorting and organizing marketing materials
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Data entry into PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Additional administrative projects

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of office admin experience
  • Knowledgeable in how to operate a copier and put toner in, etc.
  • Comfortable using a shared folder/the cloud
  • Familiarity with Teams would be a plus
  • Degree is a plus but not required
  • Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills โ€“ must know how to share a file, open files, enter data, save it on a shared folder/drive
