Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Extensive copying and scanning
- Buzzing visitors in front door, greeting guests as they enter the office
- Refilling snacks and kitchen supplies from the supply closet
- Sorting and organizing marketing materials
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Data entry into PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Additional administrative projects
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of office admin experience
- Knowledgeable in how to operate a copier and put toner in, etc.
- Comfortable using a shared folder/the cloud
- Familiarity with Teams would be a plus
- Degree is a plus but not required
- Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills โ must know how to share a file, open files, enter data, save it on a shared folder/drive
