We have an Assistant Manager position available.

Assistant Managers work side by side with the Restaurant Manager. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with us and work towards becoming a Restaurant Manager. We will provide the training and you will have the support necessary to be successful.


As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.


This is a high paying hourly position with the possibility of 10-15 hours a week of overtime and very generous benefits package

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous managerial experience preferred but not required
  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required
  • Top-notch customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task
  • Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must submit to a background check
  • You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
  • You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
