About Our Family

We are a warm, unique, and artistic family looking for an experienced Household & Project Manager to help keep our home running smoothly behind the scenes. Our household is active and dynamic, and our home occasionally serves as a gathering place for community events. We're looking for someone who values professionalism, discretion, creativity , and creating systems that help a busy family thrive.

Our home requires ongoing coordination with vendors, seasonal maintenance, and a variety of projects throughout the year. No two weeks look exactly alike, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking ownership of household operations.

We currently partner with a weekly house cleaner and are looking for someone who can oversee the day-to-day logistics, anticipate needs, and create organization that allows our family to focus on work, parenting, and enjoying our home.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a naturally-handy, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional with a project management mindset and a hands-on approach. You are highly organized, resourceful, and naturally take initiative-identifying what needs attention and following through with minimal direction. You bring practical knowledge of household operations, including coordinating vendors and contractors, understanding basic home systems, evaluating repair recommendations, and confidently handling light household tasks when appropriate. You enjoy variety and are comfortable managing changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Just as important as your experience is your approach. You are comfortable working in a non-traditional, spiritually active household and value professionalism, respect, and discretion. You adapt quickly, exercise sound judgment, and are able to anticipate needs without requiring constant direction. You communicate clearly, build trust through reliability and integrity, and recognize the importance of respecting both the privacy of the home and our unique rhythm of family life.
