Petit and Keet is looking for a Assistant Events Coordinator & Reservationist to join our team.


The position is responsible for booking and confirming reservations and assisting events team with management of events.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


• Accountable for managing individual & group reservations and bookings


• Oversee and assist with development and growth of catering sales


• Manage sales of contracted events and reservation bookings


• Assist with organization and running of contracted events


• Assist events team with details for run of show for contracted events


• Operates office equipment, computers and terminals as necessary


• Resolves customer requests and questions


QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS


• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills


• Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)


• Must be able to work in a professional office environment


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet


• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills


• Experience with Open Table preferred but not mandatory
