Job Title: Clinic Manager – Licensed Laser Technician & Esthetician

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Katy-Houston, TX
Schedule: 9am - 6 pm, must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.


About Amerejuve Medspa

Amerejuve Medspa is a leading medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advanced aesthetic treatments in a professional, welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Clinic Manager who is also a licensed Laser Technician and Esthetician to lead our Houston location.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetics professional who enjoys both managing a team and delivering high-quality treatments.


Position Summary

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, team leadership, patient experience, sales performance, and overall success of the Houston clinic.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication and organizational skills, a passion for the medical aesthetics industry, and hands-on experience with laser and esthetic treatments.

The Clinic Manager will also perform laser and esthetic services, educate patients on treatment options and skincare, and help the team achieve clinic revenue and patient satisfaction goals.


Key Responsibilities

Clinic Management & Operations

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure the location runs efficiently and professionally.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop clinic staff to achieve operational, sales, and patient-care goals.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming clinical environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with corporate leadership and provide regular updates regarding clinic performance.
  • Patient Experience
    • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
    • Build strong relationships with patients and encourage retention and repeat visits.
    • Handle patient concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
    • Ensure team members provide knowledgeable, professional, and personalized service.
    • Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, pre- and post-care, and skincare regimens.
    Sales & Business Development
    • Drive clinic revenue by effectively presenting and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
    • Lead the team in achieving monthly sales, membership, treatment, and retail goals.
    • Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Conduct consultations and convert qualified leads into treatment plans.
    • Promote memberships, packages, skincare products, and additional services when appropriate.
    • Create a positive sales culture focused on patient needs, education, and results.
    Laser & Esthetic Services
    • Perform laser and aesthetic treatments within the scope of applicable licensure, training, and company protocols.
    • Provide professional skincare and esthetic services.
    • Conduct treatment consultations and assess patient needs.
    • Follow all treatment protocols, safety procedures, documentation requirements, and infection-control standards.
    • Maintain current knowledge of laser technology, aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry trends.
    • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education.
    Qualifications
    • Active Esthetician license required.
    • Active Laser Technician/Laser license or certification required, as applicable to Texas requirements and the services performed.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related environment.
    • Previous clinic management, assistant management, or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong sales, customer service, and patient-retention skills.
    • Hands-on experience with laser treatments and esthetic services.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
    • Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
