This position is full-time in the office and based in Iselin, New Jersey or Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities: Support product managers in defining and delivering product features and enhancements Assist in gathering and documenting requirements, user needs, and feedback Participate in customer interviews, research, and data analysis Help translate product ideas into basic workflows, mockups, or documentation Collaborate with engineering and design to support feature development Contribute to testing, validation, and iteration of product features Assist in analyzing usage data and identifying opportunities for improvement Maintain clear communication across stakeholders and document decisions Basic Qualifications 2+ years of digital Product Management experience Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders to execute objectives Knowledge of product lifecycle and internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of CoStar Real Estate Manager and/or Visual Lease products Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills A track record of commitment to prior employers. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with analytics tools like SSMS, PowerBI, or Pendo Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software Familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, or transaction management Understanding of enterprise integrations and data architecture; how systems exchange and govern information securely Interest in building data-powered user experiences Passion for leveraging new technologies like AI, automation or predictive analytics to enhance product capabilities Experience using research tools such as LogRocket, Maze or Dovetail Excitement for moving quickly on new ideas and seeing projects through WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
