The Game Presentation Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of Spurs Sports & Entertainment's Game Presentation department. This role works directly with the San Antonio Spurs and San Antonio FC in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-game entertainment and promotional elements.
This position assists with game night logistics, contestant coordination, entertainment bookings, and event preparation to ensure a seamless and engaging fan experience. The Assistant will also support auditions, community appearances, and special events as assigned.
What You'll Do:

  • Assist with game night execution, including implementation of in-game promotions, coordination of National Anthem performers, Color Guards, halftime entertainment, and contestant logistics.
  • Support setup and breakdown of game day materials and promotional elements.
  • Provide administrative support including responding to inquiries, archiving and tracking game presentation assets, organizing storage areas, and conducting market research as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Game Presentation staff on the planning, setup, and breakdown of auditions, community activations, pre-game and post-game events, and other special initiatives.
  • Assist Entertainment Teams and Mascots with preparation and logistics for game days and community events.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities through cross-departmental shadowing and observational learning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
  • Prior experience or coursework in sports marketing, event execution, communications, or game presentation preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work scheduled home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to assigned office hours
Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to move throughout arena and event environments.
  • The employee must be able to:
    • Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during games and events.
    • Lift, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
    • Work in loud, crowded, and fast-paced live event environments.
