Job description

T2 Utility Engineers is seeking a Graphic Design & Communications Coordinator to support marketing efforts across the United States and Canada. This position will assist with the design, coordination, and execution of marketing and BD initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support the company’s growth in the AEC industry.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling, on-brand content for business development, external and internal communications including; print, digital, web, social media, events, and proposals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with strong communication skills who has proven experience managing multiple priorities with a proactive approach to problem solving.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and helping technical teams communicate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply corporate brand standards across marketing materials and provide staff-facing brand support.
  • Develop and format marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social graphics, advertisements, event materials, branded merchandise, and internal communications.
  • Create clear and compelling on-brand visual content, including informational graphics, diagrams, photo edits.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing and communication priorities, campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate messaging, maintain schedules, and support timely project delivery.
  • Development and management of website content.

  • Experience effectively leveraging AI based tools while balancing their risks
  • Applied knowledge of photography principles
