Job description


The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time position that requires leading the ecommerce strategy, overseeing website UX/development, and managing website content curation.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce site
  • Updating category and product pages, conducting site checks, and monitoring out-of-stock items
  • Creating new website page content for new products and US-based brands
  • Optimizing the site experience, such as Narvar and Exchanges
  • Working with agency resources to improve SEO, implement GA and Meta tracking
  • Project management for driving projects with GBS and OD (UX development, content optimization, bug management)
  • Analyzing website analytics insights from GA and preparing monthly reports
  • Optimizing the email strategy, including segmentation, acquisition, and retention
  • Overseeing paid media budget and allocation (Google/paid social)
  • Updating monthly projections for the webstore (based on spend)
  • Managing day-to-day agency relationships (Paid Search/Paid Social)
  • Managing ecommerce vendor relationships (Narvar, Klaviyo, Reviews.IO, Google)
  • New site migration
  • Collaborating with global teams to develop the brief for the new site
  • Managing the US agency in launch planning and execution

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field preferred; an MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years' ecommerce/digital marketing experience, focused on ecommerce and CRM
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Understanding of SEO and achieving high rankings in Google
  • Extensive experience with web analytics tools and digital metrics/tableau reporting
