We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule service calls for our plumbing, heating and cooling, and electrical teams. The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, timely service delivery, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency calls
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries
  • Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency
  • Prioritize service calls based on urgency and availability
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer interactions, and technician status
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure they have necessary job details and materials
  • Handle incoming calls and service requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or service issues
