) POSITION SUMMARY:
The Culinary Services Assistant is responsible for various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish and pot washing, general kitchen cleaning and the delivery of food and supplies as needed.
SCHEDULE:
  • Full Time (40 Hours): Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Full Time (32 Hours): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6:30AM - 3:00PM)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
  • Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and storing all pots, dishes, and utensils in accordance with all HAACP guidelines and sanitation standards.
  • Deliver food and supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for general kitchen and floor cleaning.
  • Take out trash as necessary.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or Dining Room Manager.
  • This position is an essential worker position. It is required candidates are available to work during inclement weather and other high priority events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Some knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing methods; operating dishwashing equipment and trash compactor - preferred
