How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Provided comprehensive administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing special events.

  • Prepared, edited, and distributed correspondence, reports, presentations, financial documents, and other business communications with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinated meetings by preparing materials, recording meeting minutes, maintaining documentation, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Managed incoming communications by screening calls and visitors, prioritizing requests, and serving as a key point of contact to support daily operations.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Executive Assistant experience preferred

  • Someone who can multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
