Job description

General Summary:
Certified Surgical Technician First Assistant with demonstrated ability to meet and sustain the
performance expectations for Level I and II Surgical Technician. Assists in the treatment and care of
patients in the Operating Room. Patient focused in work. Knowledgeable of the national standards of
practice expected of a Certified Surgical Technician. Performs all First Assistant duties under the
immediate, direct supervision of the operating surgeon.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
High school diploma required.
Certified Surgical Technician First Assist (CSFA) or Certified First Assistant (CFA)
Current CPR certification.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. If position is part-time, salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid, if applicable.
Hourly range: $31.68 - $48.14
