Assistant Disability Driver Jobs (NOW HIRING)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Reports to Plant Manager
- Receives, tests, releases foruse, and unloads Ammonium Nitrate solution from railcars or trailers.
- Monitors, records, andmaintains the operation of a nitrous oxide production facility within Standardsof Control
- Troubleshoots and correctsproduction conditions that are outside of the Standards of Control
- Collects product samples fromstorage tanks - Uses validated analytical methods and gas chromatography todetermine product conformance to written standards
- Compiles batch productionrecords, performs tests, and prepares Storage Tank Conformance Reports
- Releases Conformed storagetanks for use following review by Quality Control
- Samples returned bulk trailersfor suitability to standards and releases trailers for reloading
- Reports non-conforming trailerto plant manager
- Loads bulk trailers
- Takes samples, performs tests,and prepares Certificates of Analysis for loaded trailers.
- Releases trailers fordistribution following review by Quality Control
- Performs scrubber solutionmaintenance and documents action
- Performs dryer maintenance anddocuments action
- Receives chemicals, parts andcomponents, in accordance to published procedures
- Demonstrates ability to startup the plant and to shut down the plant under normal and emergency conditions
- Assists in plant maintenance
- Assists in development ofoperating procedures
- Maintains personal compliancewith FDA, DOT, OSHA EPA and other governmental regulations
- Complies with Matheson'sMedical Procedures; Safety Procedures and Environmental Procedures
- Receives customer complaintsand begins response process
- Perform other projects andduties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies andstandards
- Receive, review, sort, & file medical, food, legal, andaudit paperwork.
- Complete assigned MAP tasks.
- Plan, coordinate, & execute ISO deliveries following withwriting, reviewing, sorting, and filing ISO paperwork in regard with KoikeMedical, Matheson Accounting, Logistics, & misc.
- Assist with plant shutdowns.
- Audit the plant and plant paperwork.

TECHINICAL EXPERTISE: - High School diploma or equivalent - Must be able to perform mathematicalexercises of moderate complexity - Able to pay attention to details - Aims fortotal accuracy in records and reports - Ability to determine cause and effectin plant operation - Experience in plant operation and industrial environment -Knowledge of instruments and test equipment - Basic computer skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Moderatework - Climbing, stooping, turning and lifting up to I 00 lbs. possible - Maybe required to work in inclement weather - May be required to spend a greatdeal of time on his/her feet - May be required to wear respirator - May berequired to work shifts -
Must be able to carry 50lbs ormore (buckets, hoses, cylinders). Must be able to walk periodically to takeplant readings. Must be able to perform tasks while wearing PPE.
