Job description

Assistant Director - Chelton Loft Clubhouse | Make a Difference. Lead With Purpose.

The Fedcap Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the leadership and daily operation of Chelton Loft Clubhouse, a psychosocial rehabilitation program serving adults living with serious mental illness.

Working closely with the Director, you'll help lead a recovery-oriented, member-driven environment based on the Clubhouse Model while supporting staff, program quality, compliance, member engagement, and day-to-day operations. You'll also serve as Acting Director when the Director is absent.

  • Participate in quality assurance, audits, training, and continuous improvement.

  • Participate in strategic planning, outreach, community partnerships, and program development.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and compliant Clubhouse environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, rehabilitation, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, Clubhouse services, or a related human-services setting.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
