About the Company
Almost Family, LLC provides in home care to the elderly and intellectually/developmentally disabled across Oregon. We are currently seeking an Assistant Director to oversee the In Home Care segment in Scappoose. As an Assistant Director, you will have an opportunity to grow a new office, gaining valuable skills, insight, and autonomy, while helping support your local community. This position yields opportunities for growth within Almost Family.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations at the new Scappoose Office
  • Focus on client and referral outreach while maintaining a client centered focus
  • Assist with scheduling clients and caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategies for growth
  • Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and caregivers
  • Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 years of In-Home Care experience or equivalent healthcare management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with technology including google suite.
