For this position you will primarily be working 3-4 closing shifts per week.

Chick-fil-A Menomonee Falls is seeking a passionate, engaged, and enthusiastic leader to make a difference in our team’s and guests’ lives daily! As a leader in our restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced business, with the opportunity to be a part of our high-powered team.

We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all team members on achieving service and revenue goals as a team. The leader oversees team members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. The leader serves on the leadership team, and is in constant contact with the other senior leaders and the Owner/Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility and is responsible for the overall flow of the front or back of house. The leader is tasked with meeting and exceeding our high goals and standards.

Key Expectations

· Lead and model our mission and vision

· Lead, train, and support the 3 focus areas of the “winning hearts everyday strategy:” Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service and Genuine Hospitality.

· Lead, train, and support the four components of the hospitality model: Honor, Dignity, & Respect for all, 1st Mile: Core 4, 2nd Mile: Create a Moment, and Recovery utilizing the HEARD model.

· Support and influence the restaurant’s overall operational and financial goals.

· Work flexible work schedules to support the restaurant’s operations and guest demands.

· Available to work 45-50-hour work week.

· Ability to open and close the restaurant while performing safe and secure audits.

· Strictly adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

· Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

· Be a Food Safety Ambassador in your work center and on your Director on Duty shifts.

· Participate in Safe Daily Critical(s), ERQAs, and Equipment Temperature Checks.

· Ensure that Team Leaders/Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.

· Addresses guest issues that may arise using the HEARD model, consults with Owner/Operator regarding complex issues.

· Actively working towards the business’ financial goals

Development

· Develop your team leaders through coaching and training during operations.

· Participate in Assistant Director on Duty shifts in which you will lead your area of operations during this designated time frame.

· Support a recognition culture by recognizing team members.
