We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our nursing leadership team and help deliver exceptional resident care. About the Role

The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a critical leadership role within a skilled nursing setting, partnering closely with the Director of Nursing to support daily operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. This role serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and advocate for excellence in resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Nursing with oversight of nursing operations

  • Support staffing, scheduling, and coordination to ensure appropriate clinical coverage

  • Provide hands-on clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations

  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations

  • Support care planning, assessments, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
