Job description

Hudson Elms Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership within the facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the nursing team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in the skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• Supervise Unit Managers and nursing staff
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor oversight
• Monitor clinical documentation and care plan compliance
• Support Quality Measures and rehospitalization reduction efforts
• Step in for the DON as needed

Qualifications
• Active Ohio RN license required
• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
• ADON or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and survey requirements
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
