The Assistant Director of Recruiting provides leadership and operational oversight to support the strategic goals of the Recruiting department. This position strengthens coordination, communication, and execution across recruiting initiatives while ensuring consistency, accountability, and follow-through. The Assistant Director serves as a key liaison between recruiting staff, student recruiters, school counselors, and internal campus partners.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • Six months or more professional work experience, preferably in a community college or university setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and passion for the Community College student
  • Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse population
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
