About the Role

Love working with and managing drivers? We need a leader who can keep our drivers safe and happy. the person chosen for this role will be assisting the lead operations manager to ensure all of delivery's are successful.
Sometimes the job is complex. Whether it means working with the maintenance team to make sure your team’s trucks are ready to go, working with account managers to serve the customer better, or simply helping a driver to be the best they can be, this job will keep you busy and engaged.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Setting truck and route assignments
  • Auditing safety measures like pre-trip inspections, field quality, etc.
  • Mentoring and training drivers
  • Driving improvements in your market
  • Driving and making deliveries if as needed. (See Requirements)
Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work the overnight shift
Experience Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE OIL DISTRIBUTION AND TRASPORTATION INDUSTRY.
  • Must have a CDL Drivers License with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
