We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical team. This role is critical in supporting the Director of Nursing with managing day-to-day nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding our commitment to excellent resident care.
Qualifications
  • Valid RN or LPN license in NE
  • 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, CMS guidelines, and best clinical practices
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing nursing staff and day-to-day clinical operations within the skilled nursing facility.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Support staff education, orientation, and ongoing training efforts.
