Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LVN or RN to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing our nursing department. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, managing nursing staff, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance quality outcomes. If you are passionate about long-term care with strong leadership abilities, we would love to hear from you.

This is mostly Monday - Friday 8 am. - 5 pm. with some exceptions and an on - call rotation.
