ABOUT KIDS CENTER FOR PEDIATRIC THERAPIES

Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies empowers children with physical, behavioral, and intellectual challenges to reach their full potential through comprehensive and integrated medical therapies, regardless of a family's capacity to afford the full cost of care. Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies provides transformative care to children inspiring them and their families to build confidence, encourage joy, and live with hope for the future.

The Kids Center is a multi-disciplinary non-profit outpatient therapy center for children up to 21 years of age who experience developmental disabilities or delays. More than 1,000 kids receive care annually at Kids Center with over 700 visits per week. Kids Center has a team of 60 including direct service providers, administration, marketing/development, and leadership.

This is a highly visible and impactful position.

This role will divide time between development initiatives with approximately 85% of time spent on essential job duties and 15% on administrative duties. The position has a hybrid workplace approach with some time devoted to being in the office at both campuses and other time working from home or in a donor meeting capacity.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive donor cultivation, communication, and stewardship strategies to deepen engagement and ensure ongoing support
  • Complete at least 300 meaningful, recorded contacts per year with an average of 10–15 personal donor visits per month

Program Management and Campaign Execution

  • Create and deliver a minimum of 20 proposals annually; delivered orally and in writing to prospects and existing donors in coordination with the Development Office
  • Create open communications with therapists and team members to identify fundable needs within Kids Center

  • Monitor and support consistent use of CRM systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy regulations within fundraising activities, including the ethical use of grateful patient and grateful family information

Community and Institutional Engagement

  • Have a demonstrated passion for kids and families seeking services at Kids Center
  • Serve as an Ambassador for Kids Center at community events, including speaking engagements

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High energy and passion for the Kids Center mission is essential

  • 5+ years of fundraising experience
  • Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts at the five and six figure range
