The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing

What You Will Do

  • Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop or implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate medical records and documentation review
  • Coordinate with physicians to provide optimal patient care
  • Oversee shift management to maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Uphold resident rights and ensure ethical standards are met
  • Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patient conditions and treatment plans
  • Maintain compliance with State, Federal, Joint Commission, and HIPAA regulations
  • Provide expertise in hospice care and acute care services

What You Must Have

  • Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years nursing home experience
