The Assistant Director of Foundation assists with the strategic leadership, direction, and management for all philanthropic activities of the Foundation. This position is responsible for working with the Executive Director in developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, strategic priorities, and community impact initiatives. The Assistant Director serves as a liaison between the Foundation Board, donors, community leaders, and organizational leadership while fostering a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible fundraising, development, nonprofit leadership, or healthcare foundation experience.
  • Demonstrated success securing major gifts and developing donor relationships.
  • Experience working with boards of directors and volunteer leadership.
  • Experience leading fundraising campaigns and strategic initiatives.
