General Summary/Responsibilities:
Dept: Integrated Care Management Program
Shift: Part-time - 0830-1700 / 40 Hours per Pay
The salary range begins at $17.00, reaches a midpoint of $19.35, and tops out at $23.21.
The Case Management Assistant is responsible for accurate and timely administrative assistance and technical support to the Director and Managers of Integrated Care Management and other designated departments. This individual performs a wide range of clerical and technical tasks necessary to facilitate the smooth functioning of the department. Other responsibilities include project requests, important data collection and tracking, meeting preparation, recording of minutes, follow-up task, helping ensure positive patient experience, and effective coordination of care. Other assignments will vary based on department needs.
