The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the strategic and daily leadership of the restaurant and bar operations while partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for supporting team development, operational efficiency, financial performance, and service execution across Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a collaborative hospitality professional with strong operational experience, leadership presence, and a passion for developing people and elevating service standards.

Requested Tasks:

  • Support the leadership and oversight of daily Food & Beverage operations.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing front of house team members.
  • Maintain and uphold service standards and operational procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering and labor oversight.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operational leaders on menu execution and guest experience initiatives.
  • Respond to guest feedback and help resolver service concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide leadership support during service periods, including opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Foster a positive and engaging team culture.
  • Prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior Food & Beverage leader preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
