Most excitingly, our story is still unfolding, and incredible growth opportunities lie ahead...WHAT IS THE JOB?As a member of the Web Team, the role of E-Commerce Associate is an exciting high-growth, customer-focused role bringing products to life on-site and implementing marketing and content campaigns that enhance the customer experience. This role owns all aspects of the on-site product life cycle from launch planning, content accuracy and implementation through to end-of-season and sale for both Sid and Ann Mashburn. Additionally, this role will have a direct and dynamic impact on driving business growth and optimizing the on-site customer experience, through site merchandising, conversion optimization and testing. Working cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams this role will flawlessly execute new product launches, on-site and off-site digital marketing, content, and sale campaigns. This position reports into the Senior Director Ecommerce & Digital Marketing and is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role.WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?Manage new product set-up for both Sid and Ann Mashburn brands for up to 1,000 new products per season.Accountable for on-time and accurate execution of all elements of the product detail pages.Work cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, and creative teams to build and maintain product accuracy.Assist with website testing and process improvements to continually improve customer experience and conversion rate.Implement and maintain data-informed best practices for product and site merchandising.Review returns and customer comments to identify potential issues and provide recommendations to improve website content and usability.Serve as internal contact for website content related updates and changes.Field ad hoc requests and complete other digital marketing and email related tasks as needed.WHAT ARE THE SKILLS?Previous e-commerce experience highly preferred, ideally in apparel.Data and customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Results-driven and curious. Excited to take data and translate it to a customer-focused plan.Driven, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).Self-starter with a deep desire to work in a highly cross-functional and entrepreneurial setting.Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify/Shopify Plus, SearchSpring or other personalization/merchandising tool preferred.Reflects our core values of Hopeful, Helpful, Humble, Hardworking, Nimble, Hospitable, and Honest.*This position is onsite in Atlanta, GA.*Compensation will be based on relevant experience and required skills for the role.
