In this role, you will help build and manage ad campaigns for the top brands in edtech, including IXL, Rosetta Stone, Education.com, and TPT. You'll report directly to the Director of Digital Advertising and collaborate closely with a small team of analysts to craft, launch, measure, and optimize all of our ads. This is a rare opportunity to quickly get hands-on, build skills, and play a meaningful role in connecting learners around the world with truly impactful edtech tools. #LI-CC1

We're looking for new talent with strong potential. Our ideal candidate is a gifted writer, a pro at Excel and Google Sheets, extremely detail-oriented, and naturally curious about advertising, consumer psychology, and the ways technology is transforming how students learn. Bring your creativity and analytical skills and we'll support your growth with on-the-job training and mentorship.

This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Collaborating with our graphic design team to produce engaging creative
  • Meeting regularly with marketing team leaders for input on your work
  • Presenting your findings to other marketing and product team team members
  • Owning campaign strategy as you gain experience, taking the lead on choosing what projects to invest in and where to scale back
  • Thinking strategically about every detail and how it will impact performance, from the length of a YouTube video to the exact wording we use to pitch a new AI tool to the way a piece of influencer content may seem native to Instagram but not native to TikTok

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Natural critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail
