The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting recruiting operations, and ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process from application through offer.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple business functions and locations.
  • Manage complex interview schedules while balancing interviewer availability and candidate experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, executives, HR, and administrative teams to facilitate recruiting activities.
  • Prepare interview agendas, candidate packets, and coordinate onsite interview logistics.
  • Arrange candidate travel when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Assist with recruiting reporting, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate recruiting events including career fairs, university recruiting, networking events, and onsite hiring events.
  • Help maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting marketing activities.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive candidate information.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, administrative, or customer-facing experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) or similar recruiting platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting recruiting within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or other technical industries.
  • Experience coordinating executive-level interviews.
  • Familiarity with scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Experience supporting recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance and hiring best practices.
Work Environment
  • Primarily based in Berthoud, Colorado.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Ursa Major's Longmont office for meetings, recruiting activities, and business needs.
  • Occasional travel to recruiting events, career fairs, and university events may be required.

Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $54,000 - $68,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
