Job description

The Data and Analytics Manager Supports analytics and business operations to create and ensure association dashboards are accurate and updated according to association calendar as well as collaborating with business operations team to review processes to enhance association productivity while providing exceptional and effective communication, organization, and professionalism in managing member relations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of current CRM to ensure data being reported is accurate.
  • Work with the business operations team to research processes for strategies to streamline software functionality and assist with delivery processes.
  • Monitor and maintain association wide dashboards ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all data based on Association Business Calendar.
  • Create and maintain scripts utilizing Power BI to automate recurring time-consuming tasks.
  • Maintain an elevated level of communication with all branches regarding business operations information.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of all aspects of the Association's membership and program functions while keeping current with all developments, programs, membership and registration procedures, collection and termination procedures and computer system(s).
  • Support branch/department by providing reports related to membership retention through return management.
  • Follow best practices to facilitate the collaborative work with business center functions, branches, and the accounting team for reporting and audit of program entry.
  • Serves as representative of the Association Business Operations Team to help create and implement best practices.
  • Support implementation of system enhancement and new systems.
  • Support and carryout analytics and automation assignments for all areas of responsibility.
Qualifications Required:
  • 2 years minimum operational and software knowledge regarding current CRM (preferred) and Microsoft suite products with advanced Microsoft knowledge.
  • Advanced SQL and relational database expertise.
  • Strong experience with ETL, systems integration, and data architecture.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and data governance practices.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to assist with data analysis, administrative and project support.
  • Innovation and self-directed with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Additional applied skills with dashboard, reports and dataflow to Sharepoint.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Experience with Daxko or YMCA operations preferred.
